It’s every parents worst nightmare… I had to take my 3 year old daughter in because she had matted knots in the back of her hair. The level of shame I felt for allowing my daughters hair to get so bad was large. A vacation to the beach is what caused the matted knots. I was unable to get them out on my own so I made her an appointment here. The two ladies who took care of my daughters hair not only did an amazing job but they also never once made me feel bad for the situation. They understood. My daughter doesn’t sit still at home and cries when I brush her hair but the Sophia car and Sophia the Great on the TV was a great distraction. She sat so well for them and the women encouraged her the whole time. It took them only 30 minutes to get the knots out and complete a haircut. I was so pleased with this experience and 10/10 would recommend for any parent who needs assistance with their child’s hair. I will definitely be back… hopefully just for a haircut next time. My daughter also is a huge fan of the slide inside their building. Very cool!

If you have a little girl that needs her first hair cut, do not take them here. The staff was very nice, but cut my daughters hair so bad that I have to take her to get it straightened up. Thank god it’s not crazy short, but still! She did a horrible job, but was very sweet. Haircut

Best Place Ever to get your kids hair cut. There’s a slide, cute fun chairs and TV shows for my kiddo to select from. The stylist knew what she was doing. I showed her a picture, she told me what to expect with styling everyday. Looks amazing!! Yes you need an appointment and might have to wait but seriously, bring your kid here. We won’t be going anywhere else.

Took my son for his first haircut, this was back in January, but I decided to leave a review now since I keep receiving emails to make another appointment.. it was an older lady who cut his hair and she was very aggressive and not friendly at all or patient with him. My son has sensory issues and she forced me to hold his head still so she could cut. she huffed and puffed the whole appointment saying she didn’t have time for this. I will never go back to this place. Forgot to mention his hair cut was also botched.

Appointment at 9:30 am and two employees go inside and lock the door behind them at 9:20 leaving my son and I outside in the rain. Not asking to get his hair cut before his appointment but if you dont have the respect to let us just stand inside for an extra 10 minutes then I’ll take my money somewhere else where it’s appreciated.

I’ve come here a few times to get my 2 year olds hair cut. Everyone is so friendly and does a great job! The price here may be a little higher than a kids cut at other places, but it’s worth it to have the stylists trained in cutting young kids hair. It’s also so helpful that they have cool cars to sit in and a tv show to distract my little guy.
