I bring my son here for his hair cuts and always have a great experience My son does not like sitting. He is a very hyper kid and always is on the move. We usually get McKenzie F. And she always does amazing job handle my son and giving him the best hair cuts. I strongly recommend her and this place. They are extremely patient with my son. Perfect place to take a sensitive child in to get her hair cut. My daughter has sensory issues, and struggles frequently with loud noises. Getting her hair brushed is also at the top of her list. The team that was there when I arrived was understanding, and so sweet! They were gentle with her hair, and the activities that were available for her made it a thousand times easier. I can’t thank these ladies enough for their hard work, and the care they took with my daughter. What could have been an ugly situation for my daughter turned out to be a fantastically simple experience. All kids have a hard time sitting still, and cookie cutters has so much available to help keep your child still while they get their hair cut. It just made the whole experience worthwhile. I’ll definitely be taking my daughter back for future haircuts.

We did a kids cut for our 2 year old daughter and a first cut for our 1 year old so n. The first cut went really well, the stylist was super gentle and extremely fast. The stylist working on our daughter was a bit more rough, especially when brushing out her hair. I purposely brushed it before we went in and applied some leave in conditioner in hopes that it would be easier for them. My husband made a few comments about the stylist being a little more gentle, but it was disregarded. Maybe it was a long day and she just wanted to get home. Either way, both kids were happy by the end and we were in and out in less than 20 mins. Even better, we didn’t have to attempt cutting their hair ourselves, which would only end badly.

Took my 10 month old here to get his very first haircut. The experience was amazing and McKenzie was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and gentle with our son. They even put on his favorite show while he got his haircut. I definitely recommend coming here to get your child’s haircut. It came out exactly how we wanted, will come back again when needed!

Normally they do a great job, but not this last time we went. The haircutter who cut my son’s hair was very aggressive. She was forceful when moving his head into place. He was left with scrapes and 2 nicks on his neck. Then she ended up buzzing his head after being so aggressive. I felt should have just cut his hair myself. We did get charged the buzz cut instead of the child’s cut price, but not worth having someone be so aggressive with my son. Overall very disappointed.

She was outstanding treated my son so sweetly was very kind to me as well I told her to make him handsome and she did just that! He has been to other places and they never have been this nice she really made our time there very fun and we will be back because of her !
