This was my son’s first haircut. He’s HSP and has some higher sensory needs so I wasn’t sure how he would do. We booked an extra care kids cut appointment just to be safe. It was wonderful. The salon was quiet and clean. Brianne was wonderful with him and he did great. He didn’t end up needing the extra support thanks to the fun vehicle chairs and the ability to watch a favorite show. We will absolutely be back. We appreciate all that you do to accommodate our little ones that sometimes need a little extra patience and support.

Terrible customer service. The last hair cut lasted 6 minutes and she barely said two words. My kid asked if she was mad at him. Okay, I get it, bad days happen. Today, I was literally 4 minutes late and they would not see us. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Here is the problem, they don’t care either way!!!! They don’t care if you come or don’t.

Got our kiddo’s first haircut here, and we will definitely be back! Our stylist Nicole was amazing, and she and the wonderful receptionist and the fun and inviting environment made our child feel very comfortable and happy. Very affordable and very fun (they had a slide, cute cars and planes for the kids to get haircuts in, televisions with every streaming platform at each haircut station, and they get balloons after their haircuts), and their bows for purchase are the CUTEST. Will definitely be back!

Overall great experience. Brianne did a great job helping distract my 2 year old and got him done quickly and his cut looks great, just a standard simple toddler boys cut. He got a little fidgety at the end and got a little cut behind his ear, which leads me to my feedback.

I’ve had trouble finding a good place to get my young son’s haircut. I used to go to Sharkey’s, but the hairstylists were very cold to both me and my son. He has special needs, so he needs someone who will be understanding and gentle. Brianne at Cookie Cutters is awesome! She takes her time with my son and is friendly to both of us. I have been using her for over a year, and we’ve never had an issue or bad experience. I highly recommend Brianne, especially if you have a kiddo who needs extra care during their haircuts!

I asked for a cut on my son with curly hair. I said I just want a very light trim and to keep his curls and his length. She completely ignored me and cut a short boys cut and didn’t listen to me say it’s too short please stop. She said it’s fine and continued and then brought out clippers and shaved amd I said please stop and she didn’t. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hair dresser. I am so upset the way we were treated. I have several friends with kids and I will absolutely tell them not to go here!
