i never leave reviews but my brothers hair got so messed up. the place is cool and catches kids eyes so we decided to go there. first of all, we explained what hair we wanted for my 1yo brother and even showed her a picture. his hair is uneven and choppy. when we mentioned this to her she said “i’m doing the best i can but he moves around too much” and i get it but their page says they’re trained for that so we expected a cleaner cut. she retouched it but only left it worse even after we told her what side was bad. we also wanted the “first haircut certificate” but their camera was broken so no picture could be taken. and on top of all of that she cut him with the trimmer and we only realized after we left. she was saying he moved too much.. well of course!! he got cut so he didn’t want the hair cut anymore. will not be coming back .

The place is super cute. It has a little play area for the kids while they are waiting their turn and fun chairs for the kids to sit in with a TV in front of it (child friendly shows are played). We absolutely loved Danielle, she was friendly and knowledgeable as well as did exactly what we asked for and listened to our concern regarding the noise of hair dryers. Most certainly going back and asking for her.

My son sees Danielle here and she is awesome! My son is autistic and she is always so patient and kind to him. She always cuts his hair quickly and just the way he likes it. They also have a little play area for the kids to play in while they wait and tvs at each station to keep the kids occupied while they get their hair cuts. Highly recommend Cookie Cutters and especially Danielle!

Great place for kiddo, they have tv screen at each station to keep the kids distracted and they specialized seat so our 11 month old fit perfectly. Our stylist, Olivia, did an excellent job and we felt very safe and reassuring during the whole experience. Since they are very busy, make sure to make an appointment!

My kid likes it here so we keep going. They have a small TV at each station. The chairs have been in poor condition for a while, and they’ve rarely gotten to pick even when there were a few available, which their website claims kids can do. The people that work here aren’t rude but really don’t seem to enjoy their job, which of course helps kids get – and stay – comfortable. Random kids and their moms day in and day out would try my patience too, so I get it. It’s just overall not a great experience.
