Took my 18 month old grandson for his first cut. The stylist did a great job and made him feel comfortable enough to where he didn’t cry once. They give you a photo, certificate, and a lock of hair for the first haircut too. We’ll be back.

My 18 month old got his first every haircut from Makaylynn. She did a fabulous job. She wasn’t phased by his non-stop crying while in the chair, managed to get a clean, straight cut admits his non-stop screaming, listened to our requests, and made it happen! Since the appointment a week ago, we have gotten so many compliments from friends and family about how good our son’s hair looks. We’ll definitely be back !

I brought my 10 month old here for his very first haircut and the people there did not make it a very good first experience. All their personalities were so dry, barley even spoke to my son or us just expected for him to sit in front of a tv screen and be okay. Although she did a okay job for cutting 3 snips of hair off his head, i don’t think we will be going back. My suggestion is getting new employees with better personalities for children. You’d think it’d be a upbeat fun place for a child to get a hair cut.. nope.

Olivia did such a great job cutting our 21 month olds hair! It was his first cut and she was patient and made him feel comfortable! The other young lady (forget her name) did a awesome job with our 6 year old who has very curly hair! Great location & will definitely be back! Curly hair, Haircut

I would agree with some of the other reviews of this location. Staff can make or break a visit and the staff definitely broke this one. The lady at the desk checking people in was not friendly and was more concerned about being on her phone and sitting on her butt. Luckily my daughter doesn’t mind a haircut so it was quick. However, while waiting seeing them with other children you could tell they did not have the qualities to work with children especially when they may be upset. I will not return to this location will continue to go back to Hilliard.
