Went with momma and grandbabies for their first haircuts. Staff was really good … it’s amazing to watch them wrangle an 18 month old who can barely sit still and scissors … not doing damage. Mom helped try to keep tiny tot engaged but still amazed at the fact that the woman can cut the hair of a moving object and not cut the child. Atmosphere was child fun … and friendly.

The staff here is challenged when it comes to good customer service. When we called to get an appointment two hours earlier they had several appointment slots open. We were a few minutes late for our kid’s hair cutting appointment. An existing customer was leaving and the next customer was nary in sight. Yet the front desk person was telling us they were heavily booked and we needed to re-schedule.

When they closed, Bibi disappeared. We finally found her at Cookie Cutters in Fulton and she remembered us, what I liked, and what my son didn’t like. Bibi is amazing! She used to be at Cartoon Cuts in the Columbia Mall. She cut my son’s hair from age 3 until the start of the pandemic. When they closed, Bibi disappeared. We finally found her at Cookie Cutters in Fulton and she remembered us, what I liked, and what my son didn’t like. My son is now 7 and this is the first hair cut he has liked in almost 2 years! They have all been really great with my kiddos who really don’t like hair cuts- been incredibly helpful to get my oldest to the point he can sit without crying now! They’re super nice, great with kids and can get good hair cut done quickly. My boys love the games and the little playground.

We liked this place a lot the first time we brought our kid for a haircut, nice people. The second time he just encountered a very rude person, we had an appointment for 1:30pm and could not make it on time so called to let them know, she said more than 5 minutes and you’ll have to reschedule, we were 8 minutes late and the place was empty, no one waiting or coming in until and the person refused to do the haircut. Next person entered the salon at 1:53. Won’t drive from DC to this place again. I know we should have not be late but sometimes you can’t control that, bad rude customer service and not been willing to help, you can control!
