Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityThis was not the Cookie Cutter salon experience I was expecting or used to. This was our first time at this location and probably our last, sadly, because it’s closest. On a Saturday there was one stylist working, one. I had an appointment for 3:45 and was not seen until 4:30, she never even acknowledged the wait or that she was severely behind. Obviously overwhelmed with what had to be a back-to-back day, there was no time for sanitation. Instead of being able to clean a station, the stylist put kids in the next booth without sweeping or cleaning the last. We’d registered for a shampoo and cut, she put the towel from my daughter’s wash, wet, on a dirty car next to where my daughter had to stand because there wasn’t a clean space, and then picked it up later to reuse it on her hair, unacceptable. It may be hard to find help right now, but if that’s the case, appointments should be blocked off to allow for proper sanitation, this was such a disgusting experience. This was not the Cookie Cutter salon experience I was expecting or used to. This was our first time at this location and probably our last, sadly, because it’s closest. On a Saturday there was one stylist working, one. I had an appointment for 3:45 and was not seen until 4:30, she never even acknowledged the wait or that she was severely behind. Critical: Quality, ValueI brought my daughter here for a hair cut, nothing crazy just a few inches taken off. No layers, no new design just a straight cut a few inches shorter. What I received was a cut that was completely rushed and not straight.My daughter didn’t move much and when she did, he pulled away to ensure he wasn’t cutting while she did move (so her moving was NOT an issue). He (and I) also politely told her to stay still while he finished. The gentleman who did the cut was nice and the place clean so that’s a positive but the actual cut is awful. I paid for this too, I couldn’t tell with her hair still wet at the location how uneven it was, if I could have I would’ve questioned it while at the salon.I did reach out to the company and after two emails and a call I received a response which they said I could go back into the location and have them fix it.
