All I can say is incredible results after one treatment!! I will return in 4 week intervals, but their laser treatment works and the early results are very promising!! I recommend the clinic from their friendly staff member Carla who greets you to the knowledgeable and helpful staff like Logan for performing procedures. Every detail is discussed up front and their pricing is very reasonable as compared to other clinics. But here you get the great pricing and great customer service!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was literally the worst experience at a medical facility that I have ever had. I’m not saying what service I got because this is public information, but just know they don’t actually look at you as an individual client, you’re just a paycheck. They don’t take their time with you and if they mess something up like they did with me, it is everyone else’s fault but theirs. They didn’t tell me any aftercare for my procedure, I had to call the next day and get instructions. After 14 days I had my follow up appointment and I was crying at the appt. because of how bad I looked…they said they “couldn’t see a difference but they’re sorry i feel so bad about it”. It was a horrible experience and I could tell they didn’t really feel bad. When I left everyone in the waiting room saw me leave in tears…PLEASE save your money and go somewhere else, because this place is simply not professional enough to be a “Medical Spa”.This was literally the worst experience at a medical facility that I have ever had.
