After being unsatisfied with recent haircuts at Sport Clips I was in the market for a new place to get a hair cut. A friend recommended a small shop in Bethel Park called Contrast Hair and Makeup. She mentioned that the owner and Stylist Rachel was fantastic. Since it was close to home I figured I would give it a shot. I called and made an appointment and got in a few days later.
