I love my stylist , my issue is the front desk staff . My card was swiped twice and got charged twice and now they refuse to refund my card back. They want to give only a credit on my account for next visit since they don’t “do” refunds. This is crazy , I have been calling to get updates for a resolution and the manger is out sick & now have to wait two weeks to see if they will so the right thing and refund my money back!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI caution you from using this salon. My Brazilian blowout did not last 2 weeks, when it is supposed to last three months. They did not stand by their service. They would not fix it. They were rude and unprofessional. I have also learned that they rate their hair stylists, not by talent and experience, but by selling products. So a level 3 or 4 stylist is not better for you, but better for them, and you pay more. Do not trust the their guidance. Wonderful stylists and aesthicians. Also, their COVID protocols are excellent. Everything is very clean, everyone wears a mask and the people who work there also wear glasses to protect their eyes. Very few people at time so everyone is distant. I’ve been going there for a couple of years and took a 6 month break because of the pandemic. Definitely happy to be back and I felt comfortable and safe.

Earlier this week, I posted an upsetting review about how I didn’t like my hair cut. Well, Peter, the manager I believe from Contours reached out to me and asked what they could do to help my view of what happened. At first I was still bitter about the whole situation but I took a day to think about it and luckily called him back and they got me that day. Overall, they helped fix my hair and they were so nice about everything. So my view on this hair and spa has changed! Still, everyone is so nice there and I appreciate you all reaching out to me! Thank you!
