My experience at Contour Dermatology was met with a very quick and friendly check-in. I had a very minimal wait time until I was called into the procedure room. I was met by my Laser nurse Alex who had explained the whole procedure and assured me how quick and pain free it would be. Alex was very gentle and talked to me through the procedure making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Very thankful for the team at Contour and everything they do for us!

Front office staff very friendly and helpful. I have been to both Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage locations and have had pleasant experiences at both. The locations are modern, airy and very clean. Love the dermatologist Jessica, who I regularly request. She is very professional and has a GREAT “bedside” manner while taking care of you.

The office is efficient and clean. The staff is pleasant. I have had cancer removed and treated successfully. The only complaint is the 24 hour cancellation notice. Things happen in life. It should be addressed case by case. I’ve been rescheduled less the 24 prior to my appointment. They didn’t pay me. I was rescheduled at a much later date. I didn’t like that.
