Positive: QualityCasey Turner has cut my hair for a while now and she always does such great work! I usually colored my own hair because I wanted to save money. Being fairly new to the area, I’ve had a hard time finding a stylist I can become a repeat client for. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei went to get a pink to purple ombré on may 19th. everything was going good until she went to go wash it out at the sink and told me that the pink did not take and to come back tomorrow and that she would fix it for free. i went back the next day she continued to try and fix it. the mixture she mixed up turned the purple color teal. she tried to wash it out and it was still teal. then told me we could go over my options of i could leave with my hair as was or again fix it. i told her that she could fix it again and to go with a black. she colored it and washed it two more times. my roots were then green and the rest brown. at this point i was getting frustrated and called a friend. i was respectfully expressing to my friend i was not happy with the results. my hairstylist was crying omg he back so a completely different hairstylist came up to me and told me i would have to leave if i did not stop talking bad about my hairstylist. i told her to wash it out and i was leaving. my friend heard it over the phone and said she was coming up there. she got there as they were washing it out and i left. i also told them i was going to write a review and they told me not to.i went to get a pink to purple ombré on may 19th. everything was going good until she went to go wash it out at the sink and told me that the pink did not take and to come back tomorrow and that she would fix it for free. i went back the …More
