Contempo Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to her a few times because she seemed nice but every time i would make an appointment before going in. I have two small children, I can’t go anywhere walk-in and wait. There is a reason that people make appointments. I would go at my appointment and then find her working on other people at the same time. I work remotely and every min counts. Leaving my nails in acetone for an hour while working on someone else. All my nails started breaking, every time she would charge me more and more and with two small boys I never had so much time to wait for hours. I do gel manicure so I don’t have to worry about my nails for at least a month and to save myself some time. Last time all my nail polish came off and had to go back in two weeks, this time I had to go back in a week because all my nails started breaking. It was super thin and kept in acetone for too long each time. Got there at 12:30. Then went to do threading next door and still waiting for an hour. At 1:30 she finally wrapped my gel nail polish with acetone. She also gave me a different price on text message and then told me she will charge extra for broken nails. At 2:30 she asked me if I can go back home and come later. I mean come on. If you wanted me to go home then why put my broken nails in acetone for an hour and why made me wait for two hours?Diane acts as if she is this really nice person but she certainly doesn’t have any empathy. Not respecting your loyal customers and people’s time. Tomorrow I will go to school and attend meetings with these nails. I had to cut them myself at home and used crazy glue to fixed some broken nails until I go to a proper nail salon tomorrow but my nails hurt so much and I am extremely disappointed. Keeping me for hours at the salon and lying happened many times. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDiane was incredibly kind!! She was very neat, precise, and she took her time with my nails to make sure that they were perfect. Her energy is so beautiful & good, she made sure I was comfortable and got me waters and ultimately just made me feel so welcome! I highly recommend her services! Her energy is so beautiful & good, she made sure I was comfortable and got me waters and ultimately just made me feel so welcome! I highly recommend her services!
