Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueYou would think that because this hair salon being in a nice area of Brownsville they would perform accordingly but unfortunately not in my case. Dont be fooled about the location. I went in requesting a certain hair color and it came out nothing like I had asked for. A few weeks later my hair started turning a different color so i asked if they could fix it because the owner had asked me to come back if it was still too light. Initially payed 280 for the service and they wanted me to pay 150 again just to make it darker. Very disappointed in how they handled the situation overall. You would think that because this hair salon being in a nice area of Brownsville they would perform accordingly but unfortunately not in my case. Dont be fooled about the location. I went in requesting a certain hair color and it came out nothing like I had asked for. A few weeks later my hair started turning a different color so i asked if they could fix it because the owner had asked me to come back if it was still too light. I sat in the chair for over 6 hours. My color is now ash / green ! I am a Christian as well and they are and the right thing to do was not ! To charge me for this horrible service . Jun colored my hair three times now my hair is ash/ green and dry . I looked better Before I entered the salon. I heard this salon was trustworthy, fair , professional and excellent on colors . I don’t think so . They suggested I come back to have it fixed next week , umm that’s ok I was flying in between states .
