I had the best experience at the Conrad spa. I was in Indy on business and was having neck and back and – weirdly – jaw pain. The massage therapist was wonderful. I felt 1000% better after my appointment. I didn’t even realize how much pain I had been in until I wasn’t in pain anymore, if that makes sense. She gave me notes on what to talk to my doctor about and I finally have an answer and a resolution. The staff was also awesome, they gave me several recommendations for restaurants while I was in town and all were fantastic.

Sadly, we were both disappointed in our massages at the Conrad. My husband and I did a couples massage for our anniversary/ pre-baby getaway. Firstly, the price shown when booking online is different than what we actually paid ($150 online vs $165 for a 60 min Swedish). Secondly, my husbands therapist was not very nice about a supposed “rash” on his back and wore gloves for the massage – it is in fact NOT a rash but scars from previous acne. The gloves greatly affected the quality of the massage as he states it felt irritating and like it was rubbing his skin “raw”
