Such an amazing experience. I saw a positive review on Google, checked with a friend (who also had a positive experience) and decided to try this practice. The experience was even better than expected. The entire staff (from front desk person to family nurse practitioner Elisa Conway) treated me with courtesy and respect. I was seen in a timely manner, I did not feel rushed. I did not feel like I was wasting my time (by filling out repetitive paperwork). They made me feel comfortable and showed that they were knowledgeable.. I look forward to my follow up visit.

I just left the office and I could sincerely say that I’m very pleased with the visit. Front reception can make or break the business, and she was great “sorry I forgot your name”. The Dr and her assistant were excellent, listened to all my concerns, asked me question in case I might have forgotten some important detail, the Dr. also made my son feel very comfortable, reassuring him the whole time. Thank you very much for treating your patient with love and understanding of certain fears.

I have never been to a Dermotologist in my life. I have spent my whole life in the sun. Either at the beach, lake or pool. As a kid I took swimming lessons at an outdoor beach. As a teenager I would put just baby oil on my skin. Up until 5 years ago when my husband passed away, we lived in T.R. on the water and my husband loved boats. So EVERY weekend we were out on the water, swimming, out there until the sun went down. I would put dark tanning oil on my skin, but try to put a high sunscreen on my face. This was 20 years of that. When I moved here to Vineland 3 yrs ago, there is a community pool. Last summer was the first summer of my life that I did not spend time in the sun, just doing yard work, but again no sunscreen on. So I was extremely nerveous about seeing a skin doctor. But from the minute I entered her office, right away the nice young lady at the desk was so sweet & polite, which right there always seems to set the tone for your visit. I am 65 yrs old now and I have seen a lot of girls at that front desk and believe me some can be real cold and nasty, right there I feel I realy do not want to comeback. I was scared, but the girl who brought me into the room talked with me b-4 I saw the doctor and there too, very polite and calming for me. Then the doctor came in, i felt even more at ease. She took her time with me, which means a lot, you can always tell the doctors who truly care about there patients. The ones who rush thru everything and try to push you out as fast as they can makes you feel like just a number. I understand they are busy and need to see other patients, but DR. Connolly did not make me feel that way at all. It was a very pleasant visit considering what I might be facing. AND, which is important to me, there was no LONG wait for anything. My daughter has seen a Dermo. twice. I don’t know how she feels about her, but if she is not happy, I will send her to Dr. Connolly and anyone else I speak to who is looking for a GOOD one with a great staff.
