It was a great experience! The decor is peaceful, charming, and cozy on a cold autumn day. Scott gave me an awesome massage; he found all the knots and sore spots and worked them out. Hi! I went to the Connecting Touch for the first time on 11/18/21. They had offered 1/2 hour free massage gift certificates for Veterans Day, so I decided to give them a try. It was a great experience! The decor is peaceful, charming, and cozy on a cold autumn day. Scott gave me an awesome massage; he found all the knots and sore spots and worked them out. My neck and shoulders were a mess, but now I’m feeling great!

Wonderful massage place. The owner, Jack, is very friendly and kind. The therapist I see really takes her time and goes over your health needs to come up with a massage program for you. This is absolutely health care, it’s a shame it’s not covered by insurance. I feel a reduction in pain that lasts for days. Covid protocols have made me feel very comfortable. The place is very clean and masks are required, plus they have you wash your hands and sanitize when you walk in. I was hesitant to go back to this type of service since Covid, but I have felt very comfortable there. By the way, I found this place because they donated a gift certificate to the local Humane Society of Summit County Gala a few years ago, so they are animal lovers!

Today was my first visit to connecting touch and I have to say I was blown away from the moment I came in! The receptionist was incredibly sweet and very personable. I showed up a little early to fill out paperwork and I got a warm rice bag for my neck while I waited for my appointment time. My therapist, Mike was on time and also very nice and personable. He did an amazing job on my massage! Checking to make sure the pressure was good and light conversation made me feel very comfortable with him. The entire 90 minutes was 100% about me… He also massaged me the entire 90 minutes unlike some places that take time off your service for consultation and undressing… Afterwards I was not rushed off the table and was greeted with a glass of water and a thank you note from the owner. The price is VERY reasonable for the service I received! I loved it and I will definitely be a repeat client! Thank you for treating me like more than a paycheck!

From the time Jack or Katie great my entrance or answer my phone call, I feel very welcome. The stress in my neck is usually terrible but Lisa is an amazing massage therapist and I feel so much better when I leave. The facility is quiet and parking is great. Watch for the specials! The Magnificent Monday posts by Jack always make me smile!
