We enjoyed going there for the first time. They are patient, professional and I had a amazing pedicure. I will be back.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have been going to Cong’s nail salon for several years now. Sadly, today will be my last visit. I’ve had a few encounters lately with one of the nail techs being less than friendly, especially when asked about a business practice that they have of charging for a service that they don’t provide. On their sign they list “Shellac Pedicure” and “Shellac Manicure” which is supposed to include a high-end nail polish brand called “CND Shellac”. The name “Shellac” is trademarked and only refers to this particular polish. They have a sample of several colors that they ask you to choose from prior to your service. If they do not have the color you chose, then they simply pull out a similar color in a cheaper, off-brand nail polish and proceed to paint your nails with this (while still charging you the Shellac price). Today, when I specified that I would like to get the brand of nail polish listed on the sign, the nail tech who was going to do my nails insisted that the polish she was going to use called “Gelish” was just as good as the other brand. She argued for several minutes with me about this and then the manager told me I should “calm down” and “let it go”. I was calm, and when I tried to “let it go” as I was leaving this establishment, the nail tech wanted to continue discussing how she was right. When I go into a nail salon and spend nearly $100 out the door, I expect to be treated with respect and be able to relax. So, long story short I decided to just not get my nails done there today, and will not be returning. This is an unethical business practice called “false advertising” and I hope they reconsider how they treat their clients in the future.Service: PedicureI have been going to Cong’s nail salon for several years now. Tim did my pedicure & he did a fabulous job! Emily painted my toe nails & gave me a manicure. They were both so kind & attentive. We even had some time to talk since it wasnt very busy today & they are a wonderful family!❤ Thank you so much for an enjoyable experience! Pedicure, Manicure

Congs has never disappointed me. In fact, I was surprised when I had returned after an extended length of time (due to pregnancy) that they remembered my name. Their service is always on point and they do quality work. The price is very comparable with other salons (if not a little cheaper). I have been using Congs for many years now and never had an issue with service or quality.

Nice, clean place but horrible work. Massage was super short even though I paid for the highest pedicure. He did not even cut my cuticles, paraffin wax was left on for about 2 seconds. Nail polish job was really bad, sent someone else to fix it. Instead of taking it off and starting over, she just overlapped the nail polish. Came home took it off.

Nice and clean, very attentive. I got a manicure, pedicure eyebrow wax and threading. Reasonable prices. I may adjust to a 5 star once I take my wife and she tests their gel nails.

They’re nice enough but not at all concerned about hygiene. I had to ask the tech to change her gloves after she spilled water on the floor, wiped it up with an already filthy cloth and the started to resume my pedicure. Then she didn’t clean up the edges of polish so there’s color all over my toes. I paid for the most expense pedicure and it honestly wasn’t worth it because they speed through it and didn’t even remove the callouses.

The french pedicure was fine. But the manicure was a mess. The colors they have swatches of for you to choose from do not match the colors they provide. When I objected to them using the wrong color, they at first did not believe me and said it was the same color. Then, continued to suggest the color they wanted to give me was prettier. My original choice was a rose gold chunky glitter. They tried to give me a purple pink fine glitter. Once it was established that they didn’t have the color, they said the only chunky glitter available was gold. Which would of been fine. However, I showed an example and asked for a glitter ombre, and ended up with a full nail of glitter. With no chance to object. The shellac cured uneven and pointy. The coverage of the glitter across my nail is sparse and overall not satisfied at all with my nails. I feel as if I was not being listened to, and was directly told I was mistaken for calling the color they wanted to give me wrong. 2/5 stars because the pedicure was the only thing that saved it from 1.
