T’Yanna takes pride in everything she does. Her customer service is like no other. She makes sure you are comfortable and above all she understands your needs. I can’t tell you how many brow horror stories I have had. T’Yanna doesn’t do what she wants she goes off of your natural brow shape and then how YOU want your brows. She makes recommendations but she doesn’t go ahead without your say so. Im glad to say I left there with my brows still full and thick.just cleaned up which is what I wantedwanted. The spa is super clean and not overcrowded like a nail salon.it truly was an experience and I can’t wait to go back.
