First time here. Wanted to get my pedicure here after reading some reviews about how great the massage was that came with the pedicure. Sadly, I barely had a massage. It was more of a quick rub. Been trying to find a place that does really good foot massages with your pedicure but this was not one of them. I also got gel nails but they didn’t come out great. Not sure if it was the tech I had and she was just having an off day but definitely not happy with services.

Was really looking forward to a nice relaxing pedicure and I drive by this place often, I looked at reviews and decided to stop by, they took me immediately, they had me sign into a ipad and select what I wanted, I chose the spa deluxe pedicure with gel, I’ve been wanting a really nice massage and foot scrub! Honestly kinda disappointed with the service. I got maybe a 5 minute rub with two hot towels that she let go cold and a little bit of hot stone massage. Never got any scrub or mask neck massage or hand treatment like the website states. Probably won’t be back or recommend this place. My search for an amazing pedicure continues ☹️

Was looking for a place to get acrylic nails done as well as a pedicure, this place was close to home and had good reviews. However after only about a 5-7 days 4 of my nails started popping off around the sides as if it was not bonding to my nail and then in another few days all of those nails came off from doing just daily chores. And as for the pedicure I got with gel polish, it started peeling off my big toes after a week. I had a different tech for each service, plus someone else to paint my toes! I spent a fortune just for everything to come undone in a short amount of time. I will not be going back.

It was a big big place with plenty of staff and tables available. The mat my hand rests on at the manicure table looked older and not cleaned. The file used on my nails looked like it had been used many times before. That seems like a staph infection waiting to happen. I didn’t see any of the instruments where they were stored or how they were sanitized. I hope the instruments are properly sterilized. I work in healthcare and its easy to become infected if things arent properly cleaned. The area where you place your hands for the uv light to dry them seemed like it wasn’t cleaned after each person. I had gotten up and a lady sat right down in my seat and was getting her manicure and nothing was wiped or sanitized properly. It all made me very uneasy and the person giving me my manicure had longer fingernails which didn’t appear very clean and no gloves. I just kept thinking please don’t accidentally cut me where I could get very sick. I’m sorry but alot of these nail places don’t seem very clean to me and I’m not returning. So not worth the risk.

This was my first visit to this place it was on a Monday afternoon at 3:30. I was immediately greeted by someone behind the desk and I was introduced to Linda who would be doing my manicure today. She did a great job on my nails including a hand massage and a much welcome neck massage and shoulder massage. Overall excellent experience would recommend this place to anybody.
