I truly enjoyed my experience here!! From the super diverse staff to the professionalism…I have zero complaints! I got a pedicure and a fill-in in an hour! Talk about impressive. My girl Nikki was the absolute sweetest and really took her time doing my nails! You can tell the morale is at an all time high with how well the staff interacts with one another. Incredibly disappointed with Concord Nails Spa. I had my nails filled and colored July 8th and this morning an entire nail chipped off; I have not had these nails an entire week. The staff seemed unorganized and fairly unprofessional. During my visit the woman doing my nails kept getting up to do things and wouldn’t focus on finishing. Rather than filing my nail bed, she filed the skin around my nails down. As result, my nails looked like a child painted them; bumpy, indented, not fully covered in pain. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon.

Awful nail tech. Do not waste your money & time. By far the WORST SNS ever. I think the photos speak for themselves. Ridges from tips. Not ONE nail was flawless. The was this morning. Critical: Quality, Valuethe 14th, I’d gotten my nails done. It looked Ohk but done with poor quality. Whoever did my nails did them so rough and rushed. The next day, they started to chip. I called in and the person that did them wasn’t available. By the 17th, my nails completely fell off. I wrote in about my chipped nails but not about them falling off. I’ve been dealing with a more pressing personal issue but now I want to either get my refund or a new set. I’ve called and it can not be given. I respect that you have rules but my nails didn’t even last a week and I’m not about to pay for a service that isn’t done how the customer wanted nor with care. The only reason it has one star is cause the place was clean and the staff was nice. I’ve called twice and written in, no response but now that I’ve called a day out of the one week, I can’t get a refund or a new set. Very nice nail spa. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Lisa did a wonderful job on my pedicure and had no problem with me bringing my own color. Enjoyed the experience. Just one thing…they need to add rolling bins for their supplies and tools. All the techs put their supplies on a tray on the floor. Some may scoff at that for hygiene purposes. They also offer drinks, due to the heat, I opted for water and then noticed several patrons after me with fruity cocktails. Maybe next time. Keep up the good work. Would definitely visit again.

Critical: QualityI came and got SNS on Friday, 9/11. As you can see, 3 of my nails already chipped and as of Sunday morning 9/13. I DID NOT HIT THEM IN ANY WAY. 1 of them literally broke when I was taking clothes out of a plastic laundry basket, and then as I was driving to church I noticed 2 more chipped. The layer is so thin, and the shape is so crooked and incosistent across. Especially my ring finger R hand. A whole joke. Then I returned Sunday to have them simply remove them (no need to repair given the poor quality of their product for them to chip again tomorrow). The owner didn’t even acknowledge my statement that I was here to get them soaked off due to them cracking as I was just here Friday. All he kept repeating was “sorry long wait” “sorry very long wait.” He did not look up at me ONCE, nor did he even inspect my nails or offer any type of inconvenience. $55 for this?! A basic set of SNS that barely lasted 36 hours. I’ll be seeking out someone else to just pay for the removal today because this is downright embarrassing.
