Jenna has been my practitioner and she has been down to earth, educating, thorough and realistic about the goals I’m looking to achieve. I have done my eleven’s & recently had chin filler. The difference in my face just having those two items done has made has made me feel that much more confident in my overall appearance. If you are considering treatment, go see Jenna. She treats you like a friend (not just a patient), truly cares about her patients wellbeing and educates you along the way. Amazing experience & I’ll be coming back 🙂

I have been going to the Keene location for over a year now, the Concord location prior, and I have had nothing but amazing experiences every time! I started with a very small canvas to work with and these ladies have created a perfect treatment plan that suites me beautifully!! Never recommending or coming back to this place. I did a micro needling and first of all they told me the price over the phone before I set up the appointment… upon getting there and doing my treatment they bump up the price up without telling me.which is a scam. I could sue them. Secondly, the lady doing the micro needling did not first of all clean my face before numbing my face.. erm ! Lady! This is a sterile procedure! But apparently she didn’t know what she was doing. She just went straight up numbing my face. Again she was so inpatient that she wouldn’t let the numbing cream numb my entire face before staring .. anyway it was a very painful experience. I have done this treatment is different places and I didn’t have to go through this much pain. She did such a sloppy job for a $400. Place look nice but customer service was very poor and all they do is to whisper to each other about patient , very unprofessional. I doubt if she is licensed . Will never recommend this place or ever visit .

Kate is always so sweet and understanding of my needs. As a young female, I look to her for advice on preventative care, without looking like I get “work done”. I choose to get botox in my forehead and upperlip, and I love the results every time. I don’t do well with needles, but she knows exactly how to prep me so that it’s the best possible experience!
