I had a tummy tuck by Dr. Hill and I must say I’m so happy with my results and now feel like a whole new person. Staff is very kind. Candace and Dr. Hill were very prompt with answers to all my questions. My only suggestion would be that maybe he can talk more to his patients about getting lipo all around to enhance the results of the tummy tuck or just suggest other procedures. No fault of his because I got what I came in to get done and I’m very happy about it. I’m just now learning that I could’ve done more to get better results. I will definitely be back to get more procedures done with Dr. Hill.

I had a surgical procedure with Dr.Hill and I have to say that he has the nicest bedside manner of ANY Doctor I’ve ever dealt with. So if anyone is feeling nervous or apprehensive about surgery , stop right there !! He is thoroughly professional, highly skilled and will listen to any questions and concerns you may have. All the team are very caring and professional. You can reach out to them after your surgery with any questions and they are quick to respond. A+++

I took my daughter to see Dr. Hill for ear piercings that were too low on her lobes. I was informed by her pediatrician that she would need to see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. She is 8 years old. We drove to the city from the suburbs. In hopes to have the consult and procedure done the same day. Dr. Hill and his nurse explained the in-office procedure and answered any questions we had. They were both very thorough and kind. He was very gentle to her. They checked up on her after several days. Her ears are healing well. I plan to bring her back to the office once her ears are completely closed for new piercings.

I prefer giving this place absolutely no stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. Save your money and do not go there. I called to get quote for cool sculpting for under chin, they refused to give quote over the phone so I went in for consultation. They looked at my face for 2 seconds without a mask and said yes your a great candidate. They recommended I do 2 treatments 1 month apart to see the best results (it made since so I I was going to pay $1500 for 2 sessions. The next day I went in for the actual procedure and as she was about to start she tells me that My chin is not super big so she will do the right half of the chin 1st and then the left half (also made sense) and then I was told each side is considered an individual procedure so $1500 just for today. My jaw dropped because now I’m spending double the cost. And when I raised a concern she goes “oh they didn’t tell you that yesterday?” And in my head I was like who is they she is referring to she is the one who saw my face the day before. And the. She tells me your so small you definitely don’t need more than 1 procedure so you don’t have to come a month later this will all go away after today. And then I was like “they were you telling me yesterday I absolutely need 2 and scheduled me for 2 appointments????? Literally consultation was just to take my non-refundable deposit so that I get stuck with the procedure. Very disappointed.

Not only did she provide excellent service, she also took the time to give me education about preventative measures specific to my skin and lifestyle. I would give 10 stars if I could! Literally the best facility in Chicago! I was a first timer for a few of their services and their entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Lisa and Katie are simply AMAZING. I wish I would have come in much, much sooner. Their office staff goes above and beyond to help accommodate my crazy schedule and everyone is so friendly and personable.

I’ve been wanting to get work done was overwhelmed and feeling apprehensive. So many options, too many horror stories. I finally called after a friend went to concierge‘s medical spa and raved about the manager, and the staff, and how pleasers she was with her services. I finally called. I spoke with a shareese. She was so warm and kind, she individually addressed each of my concerns. It made me feel at complete ease. I can’t speak highly enough of the time she took with me, how she made me feel over the phone, and how she made the entire experience anxiety free for me. What was nervousness is now anticipation and even unbridled excitement! I truly cannot wait to meet her in person, and thank her for providing white glove service. Even better I’m finally doing what I’ve been putting off for far too long! Thanks Shareese, for being so kind, for hearing my concerns and for addressing them with compassionate knowledge.

I love this place. They have best services, good promotions, and their nurses and aestheticians are well-trained, educated and give you great guidance in the best treatment for you. I have been going to Rachel Kwall for hydrafacials and dermaplaning and she does such a good job. I have many friends that routinely go to her for Botox, too. I plan on getting more treatments at Concierge in the future.
