The Service was exceptional! The salon is stylish and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is the friendliest of all the local salons i have been to. I am always weary about salons, i am a guy so i didn’t want to spend a lot of time getting a cut. Tiffany was not only fast but gave me the best haircut and style I have ever had! I will definitely return.

This was my 2nd visit to Concerto Salon & Spa. As with my 1st visit, Nick took great care of me! Nick and the entire staff are very nice and quite talented! I was pleased to have found such a comfortable and friendly hair salon since moving to Santa Clarita. Previously, I had the same person cut my hair for many years, so it wasn’t easy to make the change. I now feel very relaxed with the good people here. I highly recommend them! Thank you Nick!

This was the worse experience I ever had! It was my first time going to a salon and I went to get an ombre look and well let me just say that the lady (forgot her name) showed up about an hour late. She then complained about how damaged my hair was and that she couldn’t dye my hair because of that. I told her to cut the damaged part off instead she went to get a paper and had me sign it saying that if my hair didn’t come out right that she wouldn’t be responsible for it… I had gone with my cousin so she was constantly making us take turns on the chair because apparently she had plans that day. Took her about 5hrs or so? She had me brush out my own hair and I had gone home with my hair wet because she was “leaving” and didn’t have time to style it or blow dry it for me. When I got home I styled my OWN hair that we paid her to do and it looked like she didn’t even dye my hair!!! I do not trust her or this place. She shouldn’t have a groupon as well! What pissed me off was that we had told her the length of my hair and had made an appointment and for her to complain about us “not telling her how long my hair was so she can give us a different day for the appointment” was pretty annoying because only she knows HER schedule. Then she didn’t want to accept our groupons because our hair was too damaged and was more work for her! DON’T FREAKIN USE GROUPON THEN!
