But the second time was a disaster she did not speak to me the whole time she was cutting my hair had very bad additude and did not listen to me when I told her I just wanted the bulk cut out of my hair the sides . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went today to get my hair cut with Kenzie and I honestly had the best hair appointment I think I’ve ever had. I got there early and called to let them know I was there with everything going on and she said come on in and got started right away. She listened to all my concerns, took the at least 10 different photos of similar cuts I loved and brought with me, and took everything to turn it into a cut I am super in love with! She gave me a few wonderful tips to help with some of the hair concerns I had and the whole appointment felt super comfortable and like we had been friends for quite some time. I went today to get my hair cut with Kenzie and I honestly had the best hair appointment I think I’ve ever had. I got there early and called to let them know I was there with everything going on and she said come on in and got started right away. I never write reviews but honestly I’m upset at my experience at this salon. A couple of weeks ago they had a marketing team go out into Greensboro to hand out these “vouchers”. They happened to catch me and sell me on this package for a cut and all over color. I was told I had to pay the full $60 and book the appointment that day to get the deal. Of course, who wouldn’t want their hair done for $60? I asked the lady who was handing them out if the length of my hair would cost more.. she replied NO. I went in for my appointment at 10am and did not leave til 9pm… I went to check out and my total was nearly $300… I am very disappointed in this dishonesty of this salon. If I was told up front that I was going to be there all day, and that the cost would go up significantly… I probably would have not gone. Thankfully the lady who did my hair was nice and she did a great job on my hair.. just not $300 – great or almost 12 hours of my day – great. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The lady doing my hair apparently got over booked and they kept taking in appointments over me so we were in a 3-4 person rotation.. which made my process take longer. I will not go back.

This place is hands down the best. I had a color that was fadded and just not working. Most stylists would’ve been overwhelmed with my request to completely rework my hair. Kenzie worked effortlessly to remove my old, fadded red while keeping my hair healthy and soft. She gave me what I asked for but better. Always concerned for the health of my hair and keeping me informed on our progress. The salon is meticulously decorated and has the perfect lighting. The staff was all very welcoming and warm.
