Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy mother went to this nail salon about a week and half ago where she got her nails done. After a few days, she noticed that one of her nails was causing her pain and discomfort. The days went on when she realized that her natural nail was peeling off her skin (hyponychium). Research revealed that it was a fungus infection contracted through unsanitary salon equipment. My mother went to the salon to try address the issue but the business owner appeared to not care one bit and stated that she had hit her nail really hard and that she probably did not remember. I’m pretty sure a grown adult would remember if they jammed their own finger… But oh well, my recommendation would be to stay away from this place if you don’t want your nails to fall out… Also, her acrylic nails started to separate shortly after… My mother has been getting her nails done for 27 years and this had never happened to her. Came here last minute to get a fill and a kids pedicure. They couldn’t really do the design I wanted and then charged me 20 for a kids pedicure and 50 for my fill! she did even include a massage for my child. We have been to better places that charged less. Make sure you all about pricing because it’s not posted

Having moved to FL 3 years,ago and trying salon after salon, I finally found Concept Nails and I couldn’t be happier! 1st time I went, I was a walk in and I totally lucked out and got Dawn. I’m admittedly very fussy but she did a great job. I’ ONLY go to her now. People always tell me that my nails look natural. Dawn is very friendly and has a great sense of humor and she’s also very intelligent. We’ve had some great conversations. She just seems like an all around amazing person.

I walked in for a pedicure, they had a lady available and said to come back they’re busy. I said I don’t have time to come back and asked to wait for the next available person and they told me no. I also asked how long it’d be for the next available person and they said they can’t take me, and I came at 5:30 PM.. 2 hours before closing

My absolute favorite place to get my manicure and pedicure. Time is taken with each customer. Beverages are offered. Clean tools. Mandatory mask policy, and wash your hands with soap and water upon entry. Very kind and friendly staff. Yen is my favorite! Always taking appointments and walk ins!

First time here, I needed a fill in. I’m super happy with the results the gentleman did. He was quick and did great. I love the fact they have lots of gel color options. Even if you don’t do gel, they have tons of colors on the wall to pick from. A couple other places I’ve been have gotten rid of alot of colors and the new colors I’m not much a fan of, so super happy they had a color I absolutely love and have missed since my old place got rid of it. Definitely will be back. Thank you guys ❤️
