I called for an appointment for mani/pedi. When they didn’t have the color I wanted in shellac, she talked me into an color changing one. The bottle showed it would be turquoise to very light blue ( think mood ring) and she said it would be like ombre… so it turned a different color (lavender! ) when hot and navy blue when put in cold water. I didn’t like it at all and it wasn’t what the bottle indicated. So she said if she did one more coat it would be righr.

This place is awful. I’m getting a deluxe pedicure and she just is almost pretending to do the cuticle trimming, she literally never trimmed anything. I have a lot of cuticles and an ingrown nail. Did trim a single piece of skin. There’s an older gentleman with special needs asking very personal questions and they aren’t correcting the behavior they continue to let him make everyone feel uncomfortable. The water was cold then she added more cold water. I’m going to have to get a manicure and pedicure from someone else after this. I don’t understand how they’re in business still. I get things are tough these days but they aren’t even trying to provide the services they are asking you to pay for

HORRIBLE! I got my toes painted and I wore sneakers so they gave me flip flops… that were already used they have footprints in them and were visibly dirty. They painted all over my skin and I told them and they refused to fix it. Manicure

I had a terrible experience! There was a man who was technically working there tried to sell me dvd’s for 40$ he told me it mad him sad I wouldn’t buy any from him (this made me feel real uncomfortable) the women giving me the pedicure did not seam phased by the fact this man was trying to get me to buy things from him. There was a women finishing up with her pedicure that told him that is enough you need to back off. I had a terrible pedicure I felt she hardly did anything. Then after I paid and went to leave the man and women wouldn’t let me leave they tried saying I did not pay I had to pull up my bank account and show them the payment went through. There was another women there that was real angry about the situation she got up from her pedicure chair ( where she was left half way during her pedicure) and tried to help me she was also feeling very uncomfortable by the man.

I went in for a pedicure with my friends daughter and ultimately left before picking out a color and called the cops. They speak little to no English. The male worker brought out a toy story card and told us it was his birthday then asked personal questions about our age. Then since they didn’t have the color we wanted(very little selection) we said we were going to try a different place. The male worker stepped in front of the door and didn’t let us out until we made our way. Then once we drove off the lady came out waving her hands and this black SUV came out of nowhere and was driving at us waving their hands. We immediately called 911 and reported them. Not safe!

Terrible experience. Will never go again. Very unprofessional, looks like my 7 year old did my nails and I paid a good price. Didn’t even clean off any paint on my fingers. Very upset and unsatisfied.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI really wanted to like this place since the tech doing my nails was so welcoming and friendly, but my nails turned out just TERRIBLE. I asked for a basic full acrylic set and the nails were all misshapen and she didn’t remove or push back my cuticles. When she was doing my nails she also received a face time call that she placed it in front of her to talk as she continued to do my nails. When she finally finished there was dry acrylic residue all over my fingers that I had to scrape off when I got home. I really wanted to like this place since the tech doing my nails was so welcoming and friendly, but my nails turned out just TERRIBLE. I asked for a basic full acrylic set and the nails were all misshapen and she didn’t remove or push back my cuticles. When she was doing my nails she also received a face time call that she placed it in front of her to talk as she continued to do my nails. When she finally finished there was dry acrylic residue all over my fingers that I had to scrape off when I got home. Will not be returning unfortunately.

Critical: QualityWell the nail tech i had was in such a hurry, she talked me into ombre French tip for 60….what I got was a mess. Some of the acrylic isnt even on my nail….I have huge missing part where I know lifting will happen….the left hand looks like a 3rd graders did it. Over all I am just super sad at what I paid and what I got. As soon as I was done she rushed out the door. My pedi was terrible. My feet dont even look taken care of. My nail polish is so clumped and I have top coat on my toes. Well the nail tech i had was in such a hurry, she talked me into ombre French tip for 60….what I got was a mess. Some of the acrylic isnt even on my nail….I have huge missing part where I know lifting will happen….the left hand looks like a 3rd graders did it. I really wanted to like it here, but I did not. The nail tech spent far more time on her phone (texting, checking and commenting on Facebook, and even made a phone call!) than she did working on my nails. I was in there an hour and a half, yet my nails look like they were rushed and done sloppily. The acrylic is uneven, there is actually a lumpy spot on one nail. Multiple tips were put on crooked. She cut me twice with the electric buffer, without even an apology.
