I found this place through the internet, I was looking into getting the Carbon Laser Peel and Complex City Spa was one of the few locations (Hallandale and Hollywood) that provided this service at a affordable cost. I read so many amazing reviews and of course I had to see it for myself. Honestly, words can not describe how professional, knowledgeable and passionate Coreen is about her job. She truly cares for her clients and wants nothing, but the best for them and how them achieve their desire skin goal. I can not stress how great my skin has improved and how confident i feel now with no makeup. Coreen is also located in Hallandale, which is just as amazing as her location in Hollywood. I have been going to Coreen at complexity for 8 yrs. my skin has never looked so good. Coreen is nothing but professional and attentive to all of her clients. Anyone who walks into her business knows from the first second that she is the owner , gives all her own treatments and is very friendly and caring. There is no way that you would feel neglected or ignored . I think Jane Portland who wrote a awful review obviously must have confused Coreen with some one else . After my consultation regarding what exactly I felt needed treatment, I automatically felt comfortable putting myself in her hands. I did the Refresh Oxygen Facial + 24k Gold Mask + LED. I could definitely see & feel the difference after my first visit.

I went in for my treatment and had an unpleasant experience with Coreen, who I believe is the spa owner. I felt out of place and unseen as a client, it seemed as though she had no intention of making me feel truly welcome and that’s a big red flag to me. Not the warm experience you would want when going to a spa.
