Very nice in the beginning and very helpful. I didn’t like the program I was on, I wasn’t losing weight and the side effects were too much for me. I was told they would contact the place they get the prescriptions from to ask for a refund. That was three weeks ago. I am constantly leaving messages asking for a courtesy call back, even if they do not have an answer yet but just to let me know they are working on it but have yet to have any contact back from anyone there!

After struggling to lose weight on my own Healthy Habits was recommended to me by a friend – I won’t lie, the price tag of the 14-week lifestyle program that I agreed to was a little steep, but I felt that I was worth it and the amount of attention, medications, vitamin shots and support I was going to receive would be worth it. 2 weeks from the end of my program I am 5 pounds away from my 40 pound weight loss goal. I had the support I needed anytime I needed it, let them know my limitations and weaknesses and they helped to accommodate me and personalized my program so that I could still enjoy a moderate amount of indulgences while still working towards my goal. My counselor is very kind and supportive as has been the rest of the staff. I know this is what I needed to change my lifestyle and I committed to it (you HAVE to commit to the plan) and am better for it. I feed my body in the way that is conducive to a healthy weight loss/maintenance plan and will not deviate from that in the future because I no longer crave the junk foods I once did (your tastes change if you commit) and because of the amazing results I have experienced you cannot deny that this program works. I am finally in a healthy weight range, my BMI is healthy, my body fat is where is should be and I have so much more energy now. This program works and I am so happy I gave it a chance – it’s a commitment time wise, financially, mentally and physically, but in the end it has all been worth it!
