I LOVE going to complete clinics in Gurnee. My experiences there have been nothing but exceptional. Very clean and spa-like environment. Neha and Vicky are a tremendous asset to the company; friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. They provide you with the service that you NEED; meaning, they aren’t after your money. Their priority is your wellness and to make sure you feel great about yourself. The clinician at this particular facility is awful. “You need to prove to me” were her exact words when discussing a program for me. She is negative, unkind, and very rude!!! No hello, no smile (and she was unmasked). Kept me waiting for twenty minutes. I asked for a glass for the water that was in a pitcher set out and they said they didnt have any. I went to medical options in glenview and was treated with kindness from intake on. Stay away from this depressing scam!
