I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else! Dr. Bansal is scientific and has an eye for beauty. Been getting Botox there for almost ten years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Did not have a great experience here and would not recommend. Had been going to the office since 2018 and was extremely disappointed by my last experience with staff and doctor at my last visit in 2021. Was met with rude and condescending staff that were not helpful when I needed assistance. I also didn’t feel listened to by Dr. Bansal when I kept saying something felt off during my last follow up appointment with her and was brushed off with “it looks better so just keep following the treatment.” Luckily, I was able to figure out what was wrong with me this past year after leaving and am now doing better and it turned out the treatment she prescribed was only making me worse. I am posting this review a little more than a year later. I do this in hopes they are doing better in listening to patients when they say something doesn’t feel right.

I had such an amazing experience at Complete Care Dermatology. The office manager Michelle was extremely helpful when working with my busy schedule to set up an appointment that worked for me. The staff was efficient and the M.A provided an amazing chemical peel. Dr. Mimi Bansal, MD took her time to assess my skin and prescribed amazing topical creams for my skin, as well as great advice. This practice definitely makes you feel comfortable. I recommend this practice for all ages.

Best dermatology office I’ve ever been to. My acne and blemishes have cleared up so quickly with their products. The staff is friendly, and treat you with great care. The nurse Marisol gives fantastic chemical peels! I would recommend Dr.Bansal to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
