Critical: PunctualityI scheduled an appointment with Jenny and she confirmed that 5:15 pm is a good time for me to come in and do my nails. I arrived at 5:10pm and she was still working on another clients nails. She greeted me and I could see she seemed tired. She told me she will be right with me and I told her no worries take your time. Now, why did I say that lol I wanted to be understanding to be honest. But I ended up waiting till 5:55pm almost an hour waiting. I was tired and done, I got up and told her I’ll come another day. She didn’t even apologize for the long wait or looked me when she responded “Ok”. Her customer service is terrible and her scheduling is horrible. I wanted to try her out due to so many good reviews but after my experience… No thanks Jenny. I scheduled an appointment with Jenny and she confirmed that 5:15 pm is a good time for me to come in and do my nails. I arrived at 5:10pm and she was still working on another clients nails. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI called this salon on a Thursday around 5pm trying to book a 5:30-6pm appointment. (For Gel nail removal and pedicure) The woman said they already had three people waiting so they couldn’t see me. She asked could I come the following day on Friday at 6pm. Cool. I get to the salon early 5:40’ish, I walk in no greeting. The lady doing nails looks at me then looks away. There are only TWO TECHNICIANS!!! There were already 3ppl waiting ahead of me (I guess) and I have an appointment!!?? I asked one of the techs for confirmation are you the only two??? She said YES she looked hella stressed .
