Ni colored my hair… it looks great, but it’s fried. The color is exactly what I wanted, but my hair is brittle, dry, breaks easily, & falling out. I have thick hair but the hairs are fine, it’s curly, & previously dyed hair. For all these reasons you don’t use a dryer when coloring hair, but she insisted. She said its fine & would help the color set better. She also shampooed my hair after coloring, which I’ve never had anyone else ever do. I’ve always been told not to shampoo it for 48 hours. She didn’t deep condition, something I’ve had done every time I’ve had color done. She was very rough when yanking out the foils instead of gently removing them. She quickly shampooed & conditioned my hair. She blow dried it & used a flat iron. She ruined my healthy & shiny hair. I’ll definitely not be returning there .
