I paid $70+ for a dip manicure that I didn’t like. No shaping, no pushing the cuticle back, and sloppy work. My nails were attached to the skin at the end of the service, and I asked him to clean it up, but he said that would come off over time/in the shower. My nails are short, but I still didn’t feel like the work was done to a professional standard. A lot of friends have had good experiences here, but my experience was not relaxing or professional.

I was in Nashville for a month and REALLY needed my acrylics done. I’m super picky and my last set I received in Arizona was horrible. I found comfy nails near my Airbnb and stopped in the check the place out after seeing some images online. It’s very clean and organized. Tommy did my nails and they looked so amazing!! I was so happy in the shape and the detail to what I wanted. i was able to see Tommy 2x while in town and loved the quality. I HIGHLY recommend this salon for full sets, fills, gel polish and pedicures!! I loved all my services and the staff! Cheers- they also have champagne!

I do not recommend this salon. I have gone many times out of pure convenience but this time was my last time. The manager is usually on the phone fighting with her boyfriend and my last tech didn’t push back my cuticles, was on the phone most of the service, forgot to massage my other hand (because he took a call) and argued with me when I told him the shape I like my nails to be. The french tips were so messy that I had to get them redone elsewhere that day. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but you can honestly go anywhere else. I recommend East Nails and Spa, everyone in there is so friendly.

I had a keratin pedicure. A huge waste of money($55). Concentration on my calf than softening the bottom of my feet. Then, I received 1 coat of nail polish on my toes. I’m totally disappointed. The shop is clean, and they practice sanitization, which is impressive. Hence, the 2 stars.

Favorite place to get a gel pedicure. Love Betty, she’s quick, gentle and so sweet. Vickie up front is awesome as well! It’s so easy to make an appointment over the phone, even day of. I never know what color I want when I walk in, they show me all the the colors and give me recommendations when I’m torn. As long as I live in Nashville, I’ll always go there.

I have been coming here for years, Betty has been great each time I come. I have gotten pedicures at other locations but absolutely nothing beats the care and the wonderful foot massages Betty gives. My gel never chips or comes off. I recommend this salon 100% Pedicure, Nail art, Dip powder
