Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy girlfriend went in to get her nails done, she noticed that they were rushing to do her nails, so she kindly told them that she could wait for some one else since she knew that they were in a rush. The owner cut up her cuticles, and started being rude to her. He took all of his things and slammed them onto his desk in front of everyone. He then sat her in the pedicure chair, and when some one went to go and help her he yelled at them and said that she didn’t have an appointment so she had to wait (she waited for 40 minutes). He proceeded to throw things around, and make rude comments, telling her she couldn’t be picky about her nails. She finally decided to get up to leave because she was extremely upset and embarrassed at the fact that he was treating her the way he was. One of the staff there even apologized to her for the way she was being treated and offered to do her nails. Other people in the nail salon were even saying that they were so sorry she was being treated that way. The owner of this place is extremely rude, and unprofessional. No one should ever be embarrassed the way that she was today. Whether or not she had an appointment or decided to wait for some one else to do her nails she shouldn’t have been treated in this manner. She is a paying customer, and should have a right to be picky about what SHE is paying for. My girlfriend went in to get her nails done, she noticed that they were rushing to do her nails, so she kindly told them that she could wait for some one else since she knew that they were in a rush. Very disappointed in the service, in the conversation with the guy that did my nails. I should of learned from the 1st time I went which was about 5 years ago but today was the final time I go there anymore. Not busy anymore I wonder why. Charged $30 & the tech specific said “& ten dollar tip for me” NEVER MIND wasting my time money here.This is a week after nails were done. They’re “shellac” & on the 3rd day my bf called my nails out. Sadly for the business he said “go get them retouched tomorrow, but please don’t go back again”.And y’all know what I told myself when I went to get a rebase done “these employees are so bored they’re napping, but why are they bored … Because you are probably using the cheapest products and charging stupid expensive prices for cheap product. Never have i been told how much to tip a nail tech. Very disappointed in the service, in the conversation with the guy that did my nails. I should of learned from the 1st time I went which was about 5 years ago but today was the final time I go there anymore. Not busy anymore I wonder why.
