time to pay she said she wanted cash which they need to tell you unfront for future reference..I only have a card she charged me extra to run my card and then argued about the tip I left after charging me extra and I only had so much on my card. And could of massaged my feet instead of rubbing them for 5 secs. Back massage was decent. Will not return rude and unprofessional. My first and last time going

Hello all , I wouldn’t normally comment on a business but I would have rather read an honest review. These were the worst massages we have gotten. It just felt like they rubbed oil all over for the whole hour , she initially asked if I liked it hard or soft and I said i preferred hard and I was let down. I thought it was weird that they made us pay first (which of course included tip) but we will not be returning.

Yes the facility is comfortable and clean but the service absolutely is lacking. Neither one of the women there with me today spoke English. She started my time from the time I walked into the door at 3:45, not even the time I paid at 3:51 or the time I undressed at 3:54. She entered the room at 3:56 and ended the 30 minute massage I paid for at 4:17. During the massage she didn’t touch my neck, hands or feet. when I complained that I didn’t receive my full time she argued with me. She showed me her “time log” that said my time started at 3:45, and I showed her the receipt that said I didn’t even pay until 3:51, and then agreed to give me a 10 minute foot massage. I get massages weekly for chronic pain, and I was so excited to have a clean place in Greenville but I will never return.

Rude lady at the front desk. First time I went in to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks out she said sorry no and did not understand it wasn’t for that day, so I gave up and left. Went back the following week and wrote down the date I wanted to make an appointment for with my preferred time and that it was a couples massage on a piece of paper. When I walked in I verbally told her an she told me the same thing as the first time but I said no not for today and showed her the paper and that’s when she understood and made the appointment for 11:30 AM. The day comes and we show up and show them the receipt with the amount I paid which was the amount for a couples massage with the appointment date and time on it, she tells me to follow her and we do and she takes us to a room that has only one bed and she looks back and sees its 2 people and says oh 2?. Then tells us to wait in that room. We waited for more than an hour before they started which made us almost 2 hours late to where we were supposed to be at after the 1hour massage. Rude and unorganized.

I was pleasantly surprised. Nice new facility that is clean, the therapist was very attuned to my tolerance and I wasn’t left with any soreness. The combination of techniques was excellent for overall stiffness and some tightness that had been around awhile. I often have to be careful with therapists being too intense or rough, but had no issues.

Did a couples massage on a recommendation and just exactly what both of us needed.. went back another time just to see if it was just as good .. it was .. definitely use these ladies for our massages. Very friendly English could be better but other than that ..great . They kept us covered the whole time.
