I have been here a handful of times and only when I do not have time to drive to Mesquite for my favorite Masseuse. The atmosphere here is beautiful and relaxing. However the massages are below average. They often try to up sell you on additional services. In addition, on my recent visit the masseuse was sitting down the entire time she massaged me. There was hardly any pressure or technique to the massage other than just rubbing oil/lotion on me. I have been getting massages for the last 25+ years and I really wanted this place to be my regular “go-to” since it is close to where I live. She also wore gloves which negatively affected my massage experience. I left feeling more annoyed than relaxed. She asked how I felt after the massage. I said fine but I should have been honest and said disappointed. I won’t return to this place.

First time here with daughter, excellent service with Lily. Neat environment, excellent customer service. Traditional Chinese therapy blew me away, my shoulder tension and lower back tension totally went away, and very happy the lower back that hurts for over six months is now pain free, feel so relaxed and my stress relieved. Came here for great reviews and fast answering and communication but my husband wasn’t satisfied. He said the ladies seemed very tired (was towards end of day but he arrived early still waited) and the one who did his massage just rubbed his back didn’t do much and sat down next to him as she did it. Paid for an hour and he said overall was about 30 min because she left the room about 4 times to go get things when they should have everything ready for the client. We had said since the beginning we wanted regular massage $60 for an hour and told them we didn’t want upgrades and thank you for that. Some cupping was done and didn’t expect that but also thank you for that. She did explain the areas in his back that were worst than others. He has been very stressed, his body has been numb a few times and this is the first time I send him to get a massage. We will keep shopping around. But thanks.
