I came in today after getting a full set done at Solar Nails here in town. The nails I got from Solar were the worst I’ve ever had in my many years of getting my nails done. I called this spa in tears asking them if they had time to remove the set I just had done. When I came in Sandra was amazing and very sweet. She took off my set and my husband convinced me to just get a new full set while I was there. Not only did the tech do an AMAZING job but Sandra repeatedly came over to ensure I was happy with how they were looking at every step. She could tell how upset I was for spending $80 on a set that looked like it was done by someone who had never done nails. The tech took his time to ensure every single nail was as perfect as possibly. When it was time to pay Sandra gave me a discount and only charged me $5 to remove the previous nails instead of the usual $15. They were very professional and skilled and made sure every client was happy with their service. I’ll be returning here next week for a pedicure with my hubby and from here on out for any of my fills and sets. THANK YOU! You turned my entire day around by making me happy with my nails. If you are looking for a salon that will go above and beyond this is the place to go. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of me and fixing the mess that Solar Nails created. I would give them a million stars if I could. Please give these wonderful people and their talents your business!!!

Went in for a manicure and pedicure And was extremely disappointed. By the end of it my hands were all cut up and the paint is uneven and bubbly. My toes are in just as bad shape with cuts and uneven paint. During the pedicure if she didn’t like my hand or foot placement she would hit the sides of my legs. I’ve been to many different nail salons before and this was by far my worst experience yet. Was charged $90 to go home with bleeding hands.

I love this place. They do amazing nail art and they are probably some of the strongest nails I’ve had. I work at ups so strong nails are a necessity for me. My nails last about 2 weeks. It may be expensive but definitely worth it. Nail art

I started coming to this location after trying several others in town. I like the fact that I could walk in or make an appointment. Each visit has been an outstanding experience. Sandra is so creative and so good at what she does. I wear my nails longer and because of these I tend to break them often, but not since coming here! I have gone as along as two months with the same set! I no longer show up with anything in mind, I just let Sandra take over and each result is gorgeous! I get compliments on my nails right down to the last day of needing a new fill.

Terrible experience. Don’t ignore the bad reviews on this place like I did! I made an appointment but when I arrived she told me they were too busy and to come back in an hour. When I came back, I waited another 45 minutes to start my nails. She was very rough and my cuticles were all bleeding after she finished trimming them. Also, she was so distracted that she didn’t listen to the color I wanted and painted them fluorescent yellow instead of the pink I asked for. When I told her, she proceeded to yell at me for several minutes and then charged me to repaint them. In the end I think my 6 year old could have done a better job painting them. It’s a very tense environment and they don’t even do a good job. Choose one of the other more qualified salons in town. Don’t waste your money!
