Critical: ProfessionalismAfter me nicely changing my mind on a French manicure design (because the lines were lopsided and chunky ) Sharon (that’s what her name tag said )took her drill and file and cut all my cuticles except 2. And to add to that she saw i was cut and put the acetone directly on my skin.She was not thorough and she kept snagging my nails because she was rushing the whole time. My nails are uneven and so is the paint job. I’m upset because my last three times there with other ladies went really well but now i wont Be going back. After me nicely changing my mind on a French manicure design (because the lines were lopsided and chunky ) Sharon (that’s what her name tag said )took her drill and file and cut all my cuticles except 2. And to add to that she saw i was cut and put the acetone directly on my skin.She was not thorough and she kept snagging my nails because she was rushing the whole time. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Columbus nails for years and could not imagine going anywhere else. Jen and Danny recently expanded the space and have turned it into a quiet, peaceful and enjoyable spa. The entire staff is terrific and they are all there to provide everything that you want and or need. This is one of the highlights of the retail establishments in Hastings on Hudson.The massage is provided by Jen or Danny are thorough, relaxing and just hit the right spot. I have been going to Columbus nails for years and could not imagine going anywhere else. Jen and Danny recently expanded the space and have turned it into a quiet, peaceful and enjoyable spa. The entire staff is terrific and they are all there to provide everything that you want and or need. This is one of the highlights of the retail establishments in Hastings on Hudson.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have very ugly thumbnails; pitted and peeling and misshapen and are a constant source of embarrassment to me. I decided to get a manicure in town and I wanted my thumbs to look “normal “. My nail technician today was Danny. He knew exactly what to do, was very professional, and was very considerate and patient when my sensitive thumbs would act up. At the end of my manicure I had 10 beautiful normal looking nails. Some manicurists just keep filing until the heat is so bad that my thumbs are burning but that’s not what Danny did. Using whatever polymers and building products he had, he gave me beautiful smooth natural looking nails. I am so happy that I discovered this manicurist and this wonderful nail salon. I have very ugly thumbnails; pitted and peeling and misshapen and are a constant source of embarrassment to me. I decided to get a manicure in town and I wanted my thumbs to look “normal “. My nail technician today was Danny. He knew exactly what to do, was very professional, and was very considerate and patient when my sensitive thumbs would act up. Critical: Quality, ValueThe staff was pleasant, the location was clean. BUT…this is what my very expensive manicure looked like. The entire ride home I considered going back (I live 30+minutes away) even considered going back in the morning, because I am not a confrontational person I decided it’s not worth the miles.
