From the clean and calm setting to the easy way to schedule and pay for appointments, every encounter with Scott and Columbus Massage & Coaching is efficient, effective, easy, and enjoyable. And that’s just the administrative side of things! Scott himself is approachable and easy-going, professional, and friendly. His pre-massage chats are delightful – from both a personal standpoint, and for health-related goals – because he appears to be sincerely engaged and in the moment. And the massages themselves? >chef’s kiss!< He adjusts his approach to my whole body when needed, redefining areas that are problematic, and soothing the spots that need it most at the time. He checks in about pressure levels (not to press too forcefully or too softly), and he always ends the session with questions about what I noticed. He cares about being well-informed about techinique, and he never seems complacent about anything. On top of all this, his rates are affordable, and his availability is flexible. Visits with Scott are energizing and relaxing at the same time. My only wish is that I could schedule with him more often!
