This was my first time going to Columbia nails and I had a great experience! I am very particular about how my nails are done. I asked for a dip manicure. They took their time trimming my cuticles and making my nail shape look perfect. I did have to pay $10 extra for the manicure in addition to the dip but it’s totally worth it. The dip powder looks amazing and glossy just how I wanted it. I also got a pedicure. They took their time with the pedicure trimming and shaping my toe nails well. I highly recommend getting your nails done here!

i’m going to be 100% honest this was one of the worst places i have been too, they are not clean at all, they are extremely messy and gross, the girl with the glass needs a new profession because she obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing. i’ve gone three times and have walked out paying crazy prices but had terrible nails. i do speak up for myself to fix it and they treat me like trash when i do, they become extremely aggressive for no reason. i got my nails done today and i am embarrassed to even walk around with them. in little sister could’ve did better. i’m disappointed!! i would absolutely not recommend this place. she types in random prices so she can make more money, no where does it say what costed what, she tried saying for glitter nail polish it’s extra money. this is absolutely terrible. never ever ever go here i sat there for 4 hours and this is what you get. 82 dollars and some ugly nails, she was trash talking me the whole time i used translate mutiple times and she was calling me disrespectful names and was being racial.

My friend recommended this location for a pedicure and I’m so thankful for her recommendation! I showed up about an hour until closing but they treated me as if they had the entire day, not rushing me as soon as they closed or rushing my treatment. I absolutely love my how my feet look and feel. The girls next to me were very satisfied too. The salon is clean, bright and smells good. I enjoyed my experience and will return.

I need to really be objective in my observations today. Went in for a pedicure this Saturday morning and it was not very busy. The male owner said hello but would not talk to me. I simply wanted to tell the owners that I had a spine surgery this November and the technician there was a bit rough. I did not of course need a back massage on the chair. I was strong enough for a pedicure but no one would listen and there is a language barrier. I wanted to ask the male owner to speak with him privately hoping he would translate and explain that the last time the tech was really rough. What observed is that the male owner only spoke with the older white women or everyone else. Maybe there was an altercation there that I did not know about in the past. One thing for sure is that I’ve always tipped well and never started ANY trouble ever there. Sadly I will have to find other nail salons for a pedicure. When you walk into this place they just start asking you questions about what color you want. I say to these people ” you may want to pay more attention to the color green

My sister in law and I went and had a nice time. The lady offered us something to drink && got us in on time for our appointment. They did a wonderful job on our mani & pedis, they had a nice selection of polish colors. Including the new mermaid line. The lady who did my nails was kind, and had pleasant conversation. I was very impressed.
