After getting an electrolysis treatment hair started to grow in a few days later. I contacted the office which had the manager to call me. She agreed to take care of the issue only to go back on her word. I should not have to hear all of your problems. We all have things going on. She is a very rude unprofessional person who shouldn’t be a manager at any establishment. I will never step foot back in this place. I will like a refund for the package I’ve purchased. I need the owner to reach out to me.

Terrible customer services. Purchase 4 different services in November of 2021. I have only been able to use one. Trying to schedule a serous difficult. Evidently they do t have enough staff. I went for my fort service, brow tint, and it took almost 30 minutes for them to find me in their computer. The tech was nice enough but I don’t feel like she new what she was doing.after finally scheduling my brown spot removal, I drove from Blythewood and upon arrival was told the tech quit the day before and there was no one else to do it. Rescheduled for today at 4 and received a call around 12 canceling once again. I am so angry. The employees and manager as well as Angela Heaton, the owner, should be held accountable. I was told the manager and owner would notify me but as of yet no one has. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

I’ve been here multiple times for chemical peels so I am aware & know the potential risk/what’s normal etc…. But I got a chemical peel the 3rd time from a different girl because my regular was no longer with them. I was hesitant when I learned this but was assured by staff that I was in good hands with someone else. The girl that did my chemical peel didn’t know what she was doing & I felt something was off during the peel. She was very rough with the process & basically scraped my skin off in different spots on my face. When I asked about it she dismissed my concerns by saying it was normal frosting. I knew that was not the case. I still have facial scarring from it til this day. I am a model & this was not a good experience for me. They did offer me a facial & cream to sooth it but I don’t think I will return.

I have had an amazing experience utilizing Cathy over the last couple of years. She always makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I drive all the way from Charleston to see her and it is always worth the journey for me! Haven’t even thought of finding someone closer since I started to see her over 2 years ago!

Mole/Skin Tag removal. Went to a 115pm appt. Walked in the door and they said the machine used for the procedure “just” broke. I drove so far. I was so upset. They didn’t even try to reschedule the appointment. Poor customer service. That “Southern Hospitality” doesn’t apply to all.
