First of all the one & only reason I gave this establishment a 4 instead of a 5 was that I would expect a bit more ambience if your name has the word “Spa” attached to it. For me, once I see that word anywhere I go I would automatically see more $$$$ Furthermore, I would have to have been really pampered to honestly give it a five star rating. With that being said, the staff was super friendly and attentive. This is only my second trip to see my now new Stylist, Fern. She is very gifted and talented in her line of work. She was also attentive, easy to talk to & she made me feel right at home as she was hard at work trying to create the best version of me. I would highly recommend that you give Fern a shot for those of you looking to find someone who is up with the current trends and can most definite fulfill whatever your particular needs may be. There is also the bonus that this particular Salon sits in the center of town. So be sure to give yourself time enough to browse all of the quaint little shops & grab a bite to eat either before or after your appointment. It will make for an incredibly great day!!!

I’ve been here a couple of times and saw Khamsai both visits. She did a wonderful job on cutting my hair and I’m very happy with the cuts I received. However, at the most recent visit I asked for a color as well. I brought in several photographs to show an idea of what I wanted. We discussed briefly and she brought out a book of color swatches for us to look through. I wanted to go lighter with some complex colors of ashy dark lavender and rose gold almost layered on top to highlight, I’m not sure how exactly to describe it but that’s what the photo looked like to me. Somehow we ended on this darker color that looked similar to the roots of the color I wanted, it looked like a dark brown/violet with a little red tone. Well, it ended up turning my hair bright red with starkly contrasted blonde highlights. Not at all what I wanted. I talked with Khamsai about the color and we agreed I’d sleep on it and see if I wanted it fixed. I called the next day to schedule as I really did not like the red color and a week later she saw me. The second visit I asked her to blend the highlights more and then we added an ashy purple color over the red to cool it down. Overall, after the second visit I feel like I can live with this color and I appreciate the time Khamsai put into my hair. A total of 6 hours, most of which I think was foiling that cascade of highlights. She was very sweet and understanding and really wanted to give me the color I wanted and I appreciate that. I’m still just a little bummed that I couldn’t achieve the original color I wanted. I would rate Khamsai a 5/5 for her trimming skills and personable attitude.

I am from out of town, and I took a leap of faith calling a local salon in the area which I am staying in for a couple of weeks. I had a wonderful brow wax with Kristi and then I got the best highlights/lowlights and a trim with Rylee. What a sweet, kind young lady with great knowledge of what she is doing! Thank you Rylee!!

Rachel is the BEST! I have been coming to her for a cut and style for years now! I have also referred my mother and sister to her and she has taken care of them beyond their expectations. She is a great listener and will do her best to give you exactly what you ask for. She is also a fun and positive person to be around which makes spending a few hours in the salon chair fly by. She is a busy lady with all of her current clients so if you want to make an appointment better plan ahead.

I had an and amazing experience here! My technician, Khamsai, was incredible. She took extra time to give me exactly what I wanted. She stayed very late to fit me in and was reasonably priced for the amount of time it took to complete. I love my hair!!!! I got dark brown hair with red highlights.

Fabulous salon, atmosphere and staff. I’ve been a loyal client for years and have transitioned from a dark balayage to a vibrant dark red, to a strawberry blonde and now to beautiful bright blonde with Brooke. She is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Her advice was spot on and her cut fit exactly what I asked for. If you’re a person who worries you won’t get what you asked for or you won’t be able to figure out what you’d like, see Brooke! She helped me choose a color that fits perfect with my skin tone and the cut revived my dry, lifeless hair!

Half of it was dead and over bleached, and on top of that I needed a color correction from a hair coloring attempt that left my hair slightly green/very ashy. She was so knowledgeable and transparent with me. She kindly and clearly let me know what was possible and what wasn’t, which I appreciate so much. The picture I originally came in with wasn’t possible, BUT we were able to work together to get my hair to the best it could be. She turned my poor hair into something beautiful. I immediately went to show my friend afterwards and she said she’s never seen my hair look healthier. Jenae shared a lot of info on how to help care for my damaged hair and how to grow it out safely and keep it looking good throughout the process. She’s amazing! She’s also very easy to talk to and makes your time in the chair comfortable and fly by. I highly recommend going to her for all of your color needs!I also hold high respect for the owner.
