I took off work for my Full Balayage appointment WEEKS in advance, in time for my birthday celebration & received an email, not a phone call, 2 days prior that it was cancelled saying “Color Parlour Creations can’t take your Full Balayage Appointment at 3:30pm on August 01, 2022” with zero explanation. With more notice, I would’ve been able to find another place to schedule an appointment during the time I’d already formally requested to take off work, and have my hair done in time for my party, but with the short notice, every place was booked. I am in disbelief with the lack of professionalism and will never be using the services of this salon again, along with actively sharing this obscenely negative experience with others going forward. UNREAL.

She is professional but laid back and fun to chat with. My long appointment flew by because of the conversation and her talking me through each step of the process (because I asked!!)
