Nails look good. But paid $30 to get a manicure to treat myself instead of a color change like I usually get. The massaging and lotion is the best part, but she put lotion on my hands for about two seconds total. Wish that was a lot longer.

Paid $100 for nails that are tipped and gel. They started chipping once I got home and when they put the tip on, they did not apply enough glue and one cracked. Worse experience ever.

They just renovated, it looks a lot cleaner and brighter. It used to be Hollywood Nails and now it’s Colour Nails. So I’m thinking new owners? The woman that gave me my Mani/Pedi did an amazinggggg job. My feet feel so soft! Overpriced for a manicure. Especially when the technician spends literally 15 seconds on lotioning up your hands. Can they at least give a 1 to 2 minute massage to rub the lotion in? Manicure

The technician that served my cousin was great, personable and funny. She did a great job. The technician that assisted me could have been a bit more personable but she did a good job on my nails. I will be doing back the prices are good and the technicians seem to know what they are doing.

I got my nails done Saturday January 11, 2020 With just gel and my nail polish was coming all the way off within the first couple of hours this has never happened with gel on your regular nails and it’s $25 at this place, that is overpriced especially if the nail polish doesn’t get through the day. I will be returning tomorrow for a refund or my nails done over because I am highly unsatisfied. I had an okay experience the people were nice but the service was not 100%!

My experience was just ok. I am a patient person and very respectful when making request. I asked for a short natural nail and when I showed her a picture of what I was thinking she begin to argue, “That’s going to need a tip, they will need to be longer for that look!” I said ok, after all she is the professional. She proceeds to do my nails and for the most part they looked good; however, I noticed that my middle finger nail was way shorter than the rest of my nails after it was filed. I held my hands up and asked her if she noticed the size difference and she said, “They look that way because you wanted them short.” I asked her could she fix it and apparently adding more acrylic to lengthen it would made it bulky and she would of charged me to take the one nail off and make it the right size. I asked if she was satisfied with the service she gave me and she said yes. I simply said ok. I’ve worked in retail for years so I don’t believe in being rude or making a scene; however, I do believe in leaving reviews, thus the long post, lol. I am strong believer in good customer service and if a customer kindly expresses that they are unhappy, the least you can do is acknowledge their concerns and try to fix them, not make them feel like the reason something came out wrong is because of what they’ve selected. I paid $60 for a full set and a pedicure (someone else did the pedi) as she was great. First impressions are everything and Honestly I will not be back, as there are plenty other nail places in the area. Take the extra 5 minute drive down the street to the next salon.
