Very nice, knowledgeable,attentive, patient, easy to talk to and super talented.I get nervous going to a stylist, bc of some past experiences… Stylists doing what they wanted, over processing my hair, not knowing what they were doing, bad haircuts, etc. nothing super traumatic but enough to make me nervous every time I go.After 10 minutes with Kim, all that faded away. She listened to me and she did a fabulous job. I absolutely love my haircut. My hairlooks exactly how I had hoped for. I cant wait for our future appointments.
