This is my absolute favorite nail salon that I have ever been to. They do an INCREDIBLE job every time. I suffer from hand tremors so I know that it is not easy for someone to paint my nails, but they turn out so beautiful every time. I definitely recommend coming here for a gel manicure. Critical: QualityI’m so disappointed with my appointment today. From the second my service started I should have known it was going to go downhill. The nail tech (He didn’t tell me his name) cut my nails unevenly and began filing very quickly. He started to apply the first coat of polish but I asked him “before you start painting, could you please finish filing?”. He told me he would file after the polish was applied. Ok, you’re the professional, not me. The polish application was terrible as he continued to get polish on my skin along with missing sections of my nails. I thought he would remove the excess polish at least at the end of the service. No attention to detail and when he said “You’re all set” I was shocked. He never went back and filed and never removed the excess polish. I told him “This is the worst manicure I’ve ever received” and he replied “have a nice day”. My nails feel so sharp and jagged and look terrible. Fortunately I had this experience before I scheduled my baby shower nail appointment that is in 3 weeks. I’ve given this place one too many chances as they always move quickly but there is at least some care in the quality. There was also no reason to rush as I made a 10 an appt which is when they opened. I paid and left and won’t be back.I’m so disappointed with my appointment today. I’m so disappointed with my appointment today. From the second my service started I should have known it was going to go downhill. The nail tech (He didn’t tell me his name) cut my nails unevenly and began filing very quickly. I’ve gone to the salon for years, But my last visit was my last. I’ve gotten powder gel for about six months now and the only person that does it correctly is Joanna. I booked an appointment with Joanna but then they changed it to Jenny or Jackie or something, which they always go wrong. She did gel on my nails and refused to do powder. She was not listening to me and continued to do my nails incorrectly, when I called over Connie she played stupid and acted like she didn’t know what was happening. It took two people to do my nails because she started refusing to finish. It also took a four person intervention to figure out how to do powder gel. Never going back here.

I absolutely love this place! This is one of the best nail salons I have ever been to everything they do is perfect and they are so welcoming and sweet. They do the coolest designs and you can show them a picture and they will really do anything that you like. The place is extremely clean and impeccable and has great music it’s honestly such a great place to hang out and get beauty time.

The staff was very rude. They would talk about you in your face in another language and when I finally confronted him and said I didn’t appreciate it he had nothing to say. the business owner asked if I spoke their language and said don’t worry he did not talk about you instead of apologizing. however other customers told me they saw the situation and they were glad I stood up for myself.

I love Connie’s. I’ve been getting my nails done here for over a year: I come here to get simple-ish designs for my manicures and those consistently look good. I give them 3 stars because the pedicures I’ve gotten have been horrible. I don’t know why but they always feel rushed and they look splotchy and overall just bad. I will continue coming for manicures but never going for a pedicure again.

Very upset. Been coming here for years. I make an appointment for a particular time and then when I arrive they told me it’s a 30+ min wait! What is the point of making an appointment! This isn’t the first time this has happened and I feel it’s important to share. Tons of great nail places in rye – highly recommend Second Floor Nails by the train station … less crowded, not rushed, and overall spa like experience. Worth the little extra drive and few extra dollars.

Connie is the best. Book in advance as they do take appointments. Going on a weekday is better than a weekend when they are very busy. They almost always accommodate walk ins if they can. The polish is good quality and the staff are helpful and professional. Great service.
