Decided I wanted to do something different with my hair and chose this spot. I wanted to treat myself after salons being closed for so long. Not a good idea, I honestly feel robbed. Keep in mind this was my first professional salon experience where I went to color my hair and I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I showed a picture of what I wanted (3rd picture, I wanted the color and to go lighter, nothing crazy, was told it could be done as a partial balayage at the lower layer of hair and single process pull) and I left the salon after 3 hours and felt like literally NOTHING changed in my hair color other than like 6 added streaks of highlight. I paid $190 + tip to come out looking exactly the same. I don’t really write reviews at all but I’ve never had such a disappointing experience before. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a few days to see if MAYBE it would get lighter but it stayed the same. I didn’t ask for anything extravagant. As a customer you want to feel amazing after leaving the salon and I just ended up feeling super stressed out because it was basically $200 down the drain. I’ll be honest, the atmosphere was really nice my stylist was super sweet and great to talk to but I didn’t get what I wanted in terms of my hair.

Extremely unprofessional service! They will not take ownership of their booking error and charged me a no show fee for the wrong date. They don’t send any confirmation via text or email and conduct business verbally. I showed up with my sister, the day I scheduled the appointment (when we had a wedding). They said they would charge another fee and not refund the presumed no show fee! Disgusted by their lack of service. Would give negative stars if possible.

I’ve gotten my hair done a couple of times here, and every time has been a wonderful experience. The hairdressers are very skilled and will more than likely make you look exactly how you want, so long as you work with them. I got my hair dyed about a month ago, and after following the instructions for maintaining the colour, it’s shown very minimal signs of fading. I’m very happy with my look, and it’s still gorgeous even a month later~
