Great Spa! I went for the day with a package and I felt so pampered for the day. I had cristy(sp?) for my massage and facial and they were amazing. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep because it was so nice! She was very pleasant and made sure I was relaxed. I then had Kylar(sp?) for a body polish and it made my skin so nice and soft, the best it’s been in years and she was so nice and easy to talk to! After that I got a manicure and pedicure by Ella’s. She was awesome and so down to Earth. Its been 2 weeks and my nails all still look perfect! I also utilized the pool, hot tub, and sauna which were a nice touch. I finished my 7 hour spa day with a delicious meal from the restaurant in the building and left feeling like a new person. Every single staff member I talked to was pleasant and made my day (and body) feel refreshed. They have smaller packages and also individual services, so they have something for everybody. Even the atmosphere was calming and beautiful. I’d definitely recommend this spa to anyone who needs a little pampering.

I am incredibly disappointed with The Colosseum. I have been a faithful client for over a year, returning on a monthly basis for facials and referring family and friends, buying gift cards, etc. After the abhorrent level of customer service I received from the manager today after being five minutes late after they called to change my appointment time, I will absolutely not be returning. I am very let down that this is how they treat their returning customers.

I had two facials scheduled, arranged childcare to make the appointments, we show up and their employee went to Walmart? They can only take one? But don’t worry, they offered free pool time for the next time we come… definitely disappointed and will not be going back. Gorgeous location- but unfortunately, same service.

I called to schedule a mother/daughter spa day and they listened to what I wanted and created a day with a great rate for my sisters and mom and I to enjoy. They were very accommodating, explained everything and we felt very welcomed and relaxed the entire day as we were given wonderful, on time service and friendly fun atmosphere everywhere we went. My sister told us later she got there before us and heard they were very short staffed that day to the point where one of the massage therapist also gave a pedicure just to help out. We never would have known they were so short staffed by the way we were treated or the services provided. We were never rushed, never made to feel we were causing then to scurry around or do things they didn’t want to do like you might get somewhere else. You can tell they truly love thier jobs and people! Also, I saw reviews for Katie’s massages online and was lucky enough to get Katie today and she lives up to her amazing reputation, but then when I asked my mom and sisters how thier massages were they all said the same about the massage they recieved and we talked about everything they did and agreed they have an exceptional team working for them! We highly recommend and would give more stars if we could!!! Loved every minute of our pool, hot tub, sauna, massages and pedicures!!!

I brought my mother in for a relaxing massage and pedicure today. Cindy, Billie Jo, and Amanda did a fabulous job and were super nice! It is beautiful inside and so relaxing! I would highly recommend this place! We will be back.
