Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI wish I had the option to give a no star on this business. My boyfriend bought me a Groupon for a day to relax after a loss . Now because of covid she was closed. I understood that, I called 7 times from the gift time to now to try to schedule an appointment. Now my Groupon expires in January mind u. Last time I called it was a we don’t have a masseuse or full time masseuse or one to do the deep tissue whatever she said, whatever my Groupon was for at the end of the day she didn’t have the staff for it. The reason being she was having a “soft opening”. I explained my Groupon was expiring soon and was told she wouldn’t accept it after the expiration date even though all of HER hang ups. So finally I called today after a month bc I’ve been over dealing with her. And this is the owner I have spoken to everytime. She said she never said she didn’t have the staff to honor my Groupon and that no if it expired before me getting in there since she only has the staff there Wednesday Thursday and Friday now to do massages that she still would not honor the Groupon. I hate this place. Worse experience ever and I hope u get shut down. You’re unprofessional. If ur business is unable to honor something when I have called 7 times that’s on you. The people here are SUPER FRIENDLY. They really care about their customers. I got my nails done here, and two days later they were starting to come off. Also, the nails we’re not put correctly, and you could see my real nails on the sides. Like I said, super friendly, but there were some things I wasn’t happy with. But, they worked with me on it. Great customer service 🙂

I don’t even want to give them 1 star! I’ve called and left messages 4 times to set up an appointment because I brought a Groupon. Not one person ever called me back so now they will never get my buisness and I’m gonna make sure I tell people that too! Horrible customer service!
